Description:

· Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

· Provide guidance to senior management on HR-related issues.

· Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.

· Implement effective onboarding and talent development initiatives.

· Act as a mediator in employee relations matters, promoting a positive work environment.

· Address and resolve workplace conflicts and issues.

· Stay current on employment laws and regulations.

· Develop and update HR policies to align with best practices and legal requirements.

· Oversee the design and administration of employee benefit programs.

· Collaborate with external vendors for competitive and cost-effective offerings.

· Identify training needs and develop programs for employee skill enhancement.

· Implement initiatives to support continuous learning and professional development.

· Lead key initiatives and projects, including HR strategy implementation and benefits guide development.

· Document and revise processes related to onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
