Metric Geo, in collaboration with a leading U.S.-based Top-10 ENR contractor, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Quality, Construction to join their team in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. This critical leadership role is ideally suited for professionals with extensive experience in managing quality assurance and quality control across high-value and technically complex construction projects, specifically within the Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, or Mission Critical sectors.

The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive QA/QC strategies across multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, regulatory codes, and client expectations.

As the Director of Quality, you will lead quality teams and interface directly with project executives, engineering teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders. You will ensure the development and implementation of site-specific quality plans, conduct regular audits, and resolve complex quality issues with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A proven track record of successfully leading QA/QC initiatives on large-scale construction projects.

• Significant experience working on Life Sciences facilities, Advanced Manufacturing plants, or Mission Critical infrastructure.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing QA/QC teams.
