Description:

The Director of Partnerships will lead the day-to-day management of key collaborations shepherding deals from negotiation through to launch and ongoing delivery. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on removing roadblocks, aligning teams, and ensuring that scientific and commercial milestones for each partnership are achieved.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own late-stage negotiations, launch, and long-term execution of strategic partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned collaborations, aligning both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Remove obstacles to progress and ensure delivery on agreed project objectives.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to expand value and growth within existing partnerships.

 

 

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years in partnership management, strategic accounts, or enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in biotech, CRO, or life-science tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue and renewal goals with complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
