What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crafting and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to boost room bookings, group events, and banquet sales.
- Leading and mentoring a high-energy sales team—because teamwork makes the dream work!
- Cultivating relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners—networking is your superpower!
- Collaborating with revenue management to optimize pricing and maximize revenue.
- Managing digital marketing, social media, and advertising initiatives to keep the Westin Lake Mary in the spotlight.
- Staying ahead of the competition—analyzing market trends, driving new business, and setting the hotel up for success.
- Representing the Westin brand at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hospitality sales Rockstar with 2+ years of hotel leadership experience preferably in Marriott/Starwood brands.
- Proven track record of smashing sales goals and driving revenue.
- Expertise in corporate, group, and catering sales—you know how to fill those rooms and event spaces!
- Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and social media strategies.
- A people-person with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with sales systems (Marriott CI/TY, Lightspeed, etc.) is a big plus!
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, but your experience and hustle matter more!
