Description:
The Director of the Psychoeducational Diagnostic and Intervention Clinic – Psychologist will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality diagnostic, assessment, and intervention services for children, adolescents, and adults. This full-time, on-site role based in Muncie, IN includes supervising clinical staff and trainees, coordinating service delivery, and maintaining best practices in psychoeducational evaluation and evidence-based interventions. The Director will conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments, interpret results, and provide clear reports and recommendations to clients, families, and schools. Additional responsibilities include developing and updating clinical protocols, collaborating with faculty to support training and research activities, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and accreditation standards. The role also involves outreach to community partners, contributing to program development within the Teachers College, and supporting the clinic’s mission of inclusive, client-centered care.
