Disabilities Manager

Description:

The Early Head Start (EHS) Coach/Disabilities Manager coordinates disabilities services and provides training, resources and/or assistance to EHS personnel and families. They will conduct a research-based, coordinated coaching program for the home visiting staff of EHS and be responsible to assess the staff to identify strengths, areas of improvement and identify staff who would most benefit from intensive Practice-Based Coaching. This position also coordinates the transitions of children enrolled in Early Head Start.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a minimum of a baccalaureate degree in any of the following: Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Rehabilitation Science, Human Development and Family Studies or a related degree. The candidate must have demonstrated past exemplar home visiting practices. The individual should possess excellent communication and written skills.
