The Valet Driver (Overnight) role is focused on delivering exceptional service while safely handling customer vehicles. With opportunities for growth and a company culture centered around inclusion and development, this role can be the first step into a long-term career with SP+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-inspection of all vehicles and record any notable findings prior to parking.

• Explain valet services, rates, and answer customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism.

• Operate vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and safety protocols.

• Accurately document and report accidents, hazards, or any violations to management.

• Provide directions and area guidance to customers when needed.

• Maintain full uniform appearance throughout every shift.

• Assist with general operational duties and follow management instructions.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• Manual transmission driving ability is highly desirable.

• Ability to work late-night/overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must present valid proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

• Basic math and reading comprehension for handling currency and written instructions.

• Capable of adapting to changes in the work environment and maintaining composure under pressure.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor and indoor exposure in varying weather conditions.

• Frequent walking, standing, and physical activity during the shift.

• Lifting, reaching, and vehicle operation required throughout the workday.
