Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring clear communication and consistent campaign success.
Develop data-driven proposals and provide strategic recommendations for DSP campaigns based on client goals and market insights.
Manage all aspects of DSP campaign execution, including setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
Monitor campaign performance and perform data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with clients to ensure expectations are met, KPIs are achieved, and campaign delivery aligns with business objectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational workflows and team efficiency.
Train and mentor support specialists responsible for day-to-day campaign oversight.
Stay up to date on emerging trends in programmatic advertising, e-commerce marketing, and retail media.
Occasionally travel to meet with clients and participate in strategic meetings or presentations.
Essential Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role managing programmatic advertising campaigns.
Hands-on experience with DSPs and other biddable platforms (Amazon DSP experience preferred).
Strong analytical and Excel skills, including use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data interpretation.
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Proactive, independent thinker with a data-driven problem-solving approach.
