Description:
Round8 talent search is partnering exclusively with a rapidly scaling, independent AdTech company to hire a DSP Sales Director for their New York-based hybrid role. This position is ideal for a strategic, relationship-focused sales leader with extensive experience in DSP (Demand Side Platform) partnerships and a deep understanding of programmatic advertising technologies, particularly in DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home), CTV (Connected TV), and other emerging channels.
This role offers a rare opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and profitability of an omnichannel Supply Side Platform (SSP) that has already achieved significant revenue milestones and is poised for further global expansion and acquisition-driven growth. With over 200 employees globally and a robust presence across North America and EMEA, the company is entering its next phase of evolution, supported by upcoming funding rounds.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the DSP Sales Director will join a nimble, high-impact team in the U.S. and will be primarily responsible for onboarding new demand partners (DSPs) while growing strategic revenue pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the identification, onboarding, and management of new DSP partners to drive long-term strategic growth.
Deliver against a hybrid KPI model that includes both revenue targets and successful partnership development.
Shape go-to-market strategies and bring actionable insights to maximize the monetization of omnichannel programmatic inventory.
Collaborate with global commercial, operations, and product teams to optimize value for DSP clients.
Serve as a subject matter expert for DSP integrations in CTV, DOOH, and emerging formats.
Contribute directly to revenue acceleration strategies, product adoption, and U.S. market growth.
Candidate Requirements:
7–10+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital media sales, with a specific focus on DSP partnership development.
Proven track record in building and growing high-value demand-side relationships in the U.S. digital advertising market.
Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, particularly omnichannel SSPs and the nuances of CTV and DOOH.
Strong negotiation skills with experience consistently exceeding revenue and partnership goals.
Highly networked in the U.S. DSP landscape with a strategic mindset and immediate impact capabilities.
