E-commerce Project Manager

Description:

Join a major cosmetics client as an eCommerce Project Manager I to lead and coordinate digital marketing and site content initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and experience working in eCommerce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the site content calendar coordinating with marketing, organic social teams, and external agencies.

• Align with teams on site activations such as pop-ups, sampling, and quizzes.

• Localize DMI activations for the website.

• Take ownership of the Firework (User Generated Content) platform launch: collaborate with creators and the Firework project manager to upload content on the homepage and product pages.

• Work with management, UX, and development agencies on flawless execution of the new homepage rollout.

• Deliver monthly reporting including insights from platforms like MikMak and develop benchmarks for the new platform.

Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Experience in eCommerce preferred but not mandatory.
