Flywheel is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Commerce to lead its North America Commerce operations. This executive-level role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and deep domain knowledge in digital retail and retail media. The successful candidate will hold full accountability for achieving revenue goals, commercial success, and operational excellence of Flywheel’s commerce offerings in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Flywheel’s North America Commerce team, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.

• Define and articulate the regional vision while setting strategic and commercial goals.

• Act as the executive liaison with Amazon and other leading retail platforms, keeping Flywheel at the cutting edge of commerce innovation.

• Foster team empowerment, training, and a balanced work culture while optimizing efficiency and delivery quality.

• Represent Flywheel in external engagements, including conferences, webinars, and client meetings across North America.

• Drive integration of Commerce capabilities into custom analytics and product solutions.

• Align with marketing and sales for effective market positioning of commerce services.

• Maintain and deepen executive client relationships, positioning Flywheel as a strategic partner.

• Lead with a strong focus on culture, talent development, and team collaboration.

Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of proven success in digital commerce, with leadership in digital retail and retail media.

• Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.

• Strong problem-solving and results-oriented mindset with team management expertise.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at executive levels.
