Echocardiography

Description:

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Echocardiography Specialist located in Los Angeles and Inland impire area. The Echocardiography Specialist will perform diagnostic tests using ultrasound equipment to produce images of patients' hearts, evaluate the results to identify normal and abnormal conditions, and prepare preliminary reports for physicians. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining and calibrating equipment, ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures, and keeping accurate records of all tests performed.

Qualifications
 

• Proficiency in performing echocardiograms and other diagnostic ultrasound procedures related to cardiology
• Ability to evaluate diagnostic images for quality and interpret results accurately
• Familiarity with ultrasound equipment maintenance and calibration
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Must have ARDMS or CCI certification in Echocardiography .
• BLS/CPR certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related field
