Educational Clinician

Description:

Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes is hiring enthusiastic and positive individuals with strong communication skills to join their team as Educational Clinicians / Tutors. This part-time position focuses on helping students of all ages improve their reading, spelling, and comprehension skills through specialized programs at the Lindamood-Bell Learning Center in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group instruction implementing lesson plans.

• Facilitate curriculum for Lindamood-Bell Academy students.

• Record and manage student performance notes accurately.

• Interact professionally with students and staff to foster a supportive learning environment.

• Attend paid training (8 hours/day, Monday–Friday, for two weeks).

Schedule Details:

• Part-time position beginning in October.

• Monday to Friday availability required, mainly afternoons (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM center hours).

• Less than 30 hours per week after training.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or active pursuit of a degree (early childhood education certificate also accepted).

• Excellent reading, spelling, and comprehension skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Passion for helping students achieve their potential.

Compensation & Benefits:
