Key Responsibilities:

• Real-Time Monitoring: Actively monitor live trading operations during market hours to ensure system uptime and stability.

• Order Management: Troubleshoot and manage order flow processes for trading desks, ensuring accurate and efficient execution.

• Incident Response: Address market alerts, exchange notifications, outages, and system-related disruptions with urgency and precision.

• System Optimization: Maintain and fine-tune trading infrastructure to enhance performance and minimize latency.

• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a knowledgeable resource on trading platform architecture, compliance protocols, and risk management frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.

• Strong proficiency with UNIX/Linux systems and command-line tools.

• Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or a similar language for automation and debugging.

• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to function effectively under high-stress, time-sensitive conditions typical in trading environments.

• Solid understanding of market data feeds, protocols, and order entry systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the financial services or electronic trading industry.

• Relevant certifications such as Series 7, Series 57, or comparable.

• Familiarity with electronic trading systems, FIX protocol, and market microstructure.
