Description:
Join our team as an Electronics Technician, supporting the VSCS program in a lab environment. You'll be part of a team of about 30, focused on troubleshooting and repairing electronics. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, mentor peers, and make impactful recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of duties in the electronic and/or electromechanical areas.
- Assist in the design, construction, test, and check-out of test equipment.
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain equipment and systems.
- Work from schematics, operating or repair manuals, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions.
- Conduct tests, report data, and make adjustments and replacements as directed.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand schematics and troubleshoot circuits.
- Electronic or electromechanical background.
- Microsoft Windows knowledge.
- Experience updating ticket systems and asset-tracking databases.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel query building and data mining skills.
Desired Skills

- Attention to detail.
- AA/AS degree preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 4 years of related experience.
