Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize embedded firmware architecture and control algorithms for power supply systems.

• Collaborate with analog and hardware engineers to create integrated firmware solutions for power control platforms.

• Address and resolve firmware bugs and change requests using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and hardware analyzers.

• Define standardized processes, methodologies, and tools for developing reusable firmware solutions across multiple product lines.

• Integrate product and manufacturing requirements into firmware design to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient performance.

• Evaluate and select microcontroller architectures to balance performance, cost, and reliability.

• Conduct detailed requirement analysis, task breakdowns, and effort estimation to meet project milestones on schedule.

• Mentor hardware engineers and guide them in contributing to firmware development processes.

• Apply formal development methods and coding best practices to maintain code modularity, quality, and long-term sustainability.

• Participate in requirements definition, design documentation, unit testing, and system validation activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in embedded firmware development with hands-on work involving microprocessors/microcontrollers.

• Strong proficiency in C and Assembly language programming.

• Solid understanding of power supply design, testing, and control systems.

• Experience with firmware debugging and performance optimization tools.

• Familiarity with Simulink, StateFlow, Microsoft Visual Studio, and ARM Cortex-M0 platforms is advantageous.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional engineering teams.

• Eligibility: US Citizens or Green Card holders only (No C2C).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100000 – $118000 annually (Approx. $8333 – $9833 monthly).
