Description:

EY is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Manager to join its consulting practice. The role offers the opportunity to work with clients across the United States, leveraging SAP technology to help businesses optimize performance and drive digital transformation. As a Manager, you will play a key leadership role in application design, development, delivery, and client engagement while managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

The position requires a mix of technical expertise, leadership ability, and client-facing skills. You will lead application development projects, define business and technical requirements, and provide hands-on leadership for SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations. Candidates must possess strong experience in EC configuration, business rules, workflows, security management, integrations, and reporting, along with a proven track record of successful SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions across multiple client engagements.

  • Define user requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.

  • Oversee application delivery processes with strong focus on quality assurance, risk management, and testing methodologies.

  • Provide technical leadership in EC configuration, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, reporting, and integrations.

  • Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and fit-gap analysis while aligning solutions with business objectives.

  • Mentor and guide teams, ensuring project deliverables meet EY’s high standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-module teams and leverage SAP Activate methodology for optimized implementations.

  • Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).

  • 4 – 6 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core certification.

  • At least 2 full-cycle EC implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of application development tools, quality assurance, and SDLC.

  • Experience with test-driven development methodologies.

  • Strong negotiation and change management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven client-facing experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Extensive EC configuration expertise (foundation objects, MDF objects, data models, position management, workflows, and global requirements).

  • Ability to design and troubleshoot complex business rules and multi-step workflows.

  • Expertise in role-based permissions (RBP), including field-level security and custom scenarios.

  • Proficiency in data migration, reporting (ad-hoc/canvas), and comprehensive testing.

  • Experience in project management, knowledge transfer, cutover planning, hyper-care, and system optimization.

  • Strong leadership skills to guide discovery, solution design, and implementation strategy.
