EPS is a premier provider of human resources consulting services including workplace training, impartial complaint investigations, expert legal testimony, and organizational coaching.

The company is seeking experienced, licensed Employment Law Attorneys who are passionate about fostering respectful and engaging work environments. This remote, contract-based role is ideal for legal professionals seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to operate like entrepreneurs while making meaningful contributions to organizations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct objective workplace investigations related to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

• Provide expert consulting and guidance on employee relations issues and HR policies.

• Deliver in-person and virtual training and coaching to help organizations improve culture and engagement.

• Collaborate with clients across a wide range of industries, including Fortune 500 firms, government bodies, universities, and nonprofits.

• Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on marketing and business development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in employment law, specifically in managing and investigating workplace complaints.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong facilitation and presentation experience in both in-person and virtual environments.

• Demonstrated commitment to respectful workplace culture and employee engagement.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an active client network or ability to generate new business.
