Responsibilities:

  • Litigation Management: Handle all stages of employment litigation, from pleadings to trial preparation. Represent clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes.

  • Courtroom Advocacy: Represent clients in state and federal courts across New York and New Jersey. Manage hearings, depositions, and motions.

  • Client Collaboration: Advise clients on complex employment law matters, offering strategic, tailored solutions.

  • Trial Preparation: Assist in case strategy development, witness preparation, and support trial teams in high-stakes cases.

Who You Are:

  • Licensed Litigator: Admitted to practice in Washington D.C. (VA license is a bonus) with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.

  • Detail-Oriented Advocate: Skilled in drafting motions, conducting depositions, and developing strong legal arguments.

  • Ambitious Professional: Eager to take on high-profile cases, develop trial skills, and make a significant impact in employment law.
