Employment Litigation Associate

We Are Legal Revolution, a nationally recognized boutique employment law firm in California, is seeking a Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation Associate. The firm is known for championing employee rights, setting legal precedents, and winning high-profile class actions. This role provides the opportunity to work on impactful cases such as discrimination, harassment, wage theft, and wrongful termination without billable hour pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plaintiff-side employment cases from intake to resolution.

• Advocate for employees in wage & hour disputes, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and PAGA actions.

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned litigators to strategize and execute litigation plans.

• Work independently in a flexible, litigation-driven environment, contributing to meaningful outcomes rather than billable hours.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $180000 annual salary

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation

• California bar license

• Strong motivation to work on meaningful cases in a collaborative environment

• Comfortable working independently and remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with class actions, PAGA claims, or other high-impact employment litigation matters

• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills

• Ability to thrive in a supportive, mentorship-driven team culture
