Description:

EY is seeking a hands-on, technically oriented Senior Consultant to join their team and deliver data-driven insights and solutions to industrials and energy clients. This role focuses heavily on Palantir Technologies, including Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Agent Studio, Contour, Quiver, and other Foundry tools. You will manage teams of strategists and engineers, advising clients on data strategies, governance, and modern data architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, deploy, and maintain solutions in Palantir Foundry (Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Agent Studio, Contour, Quiver).

  • Translate business initiatives into prioritized use cases with measurable ROI.

  • Define and execute Data & AI strategies for Industrials, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Utilities clients.

  • Develop and promote data literacy programs, training, and change management initiatives.

  • Communicate analytical findings via dashboards and visualizations for both business and technical audiences.

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships across operations, IT, engineering, and executive leadership.

  • Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective data architectures in collaboration with enterprise architects.

  • Oversee cloud-based platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Hadoop) for data management.

  • Lead technical delivery and mentor multidisciplinary teams.

  • Implement resource plans and budgets, ensuring quality and engagement economics.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industrial domain trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics).

  • Minimum 3 years in data analytics, data governance, or data strategy, preferably in industrial or energy sectors.

  • At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry tools.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku, or similar platforms.

  • Expertise in advanced analytics, data science, and machine learning.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Hadoop).

  • Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

  • US driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.

Preferred / Ideal Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Palantir, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks.

  • Familiarity with Digital Fluency, Hybrid Collaboration techniques, and Data Office Organization.

  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and industry trends.
