CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent with a background in Healthcare/Life Science construction. The role involves overseeing construction sites, managing project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering strong relationships with on-site teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and oversee site management and day-to-day field activities.

• Develop and manage project schedules.

• Participate in staff meetings and maintain project documentation.

• Obtain inspections and ensure jobsite safety.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with on-site personnel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in construction.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Proficiency with computer systems and construction software.

• OSHA 30 certification.
