Engineering Lead

Description:

The Engineering Manager oversees the design, review, and documentation of Fiber-To-The-Home network in a GIS database. Responsibilities include managing third-party design firms, creating construction and splicing reports, and optimising construction site selection.

Key Duties:

• Review and approve designs from third-party firms.
• Maintain documentation in ArcGIS.
• Design overhead and underground telecommunication utility systems.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including field notes, drawings, and estimates.
• Collaborate with senior staff and engineers on schematic verification.
• Obtain permits and approvals for new infrastructure.
• Coordinate design deliverables with relevant teams.
