Engineering Manager

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures; develop new ones as needed.
• Conduct peer reviews of engineering product definitions, structural, and thermal analyses.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines on cross-disciplinary projects.
• Establish and promote best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience in aviation/aerospace
• Strong technical background in mechanical design, structural analysis, or thermal analysis.
• Proven people management skills.
• Exceptional research and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel (10-25%).
