Engineering Technician




  • You will coordinate work requests and initiate contract documentation for engineering services in support of facility projects.
  • You will act as a liaison for relations between NAVSUP FLCY and contractors involved in the performance of facilities projects.
  • You will assist professional engineers with the collection of data for portions of investigations, project estimates, and facility renovations and repairs.
  • You will maintain required reports, files and historical data in written or automated form.
  • You will will track project progress and monitor and provide oversight of contract performance.
  • You will identify causes of delays in work and determine the most economical and efficient corrective approach.
  • You will read and interpret schematics, blueprints, sketches, and specifications for mechanical, structural, electrical, utility systems, or other facilities requirements.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
