The Opportunity

Are you a self-motivated and established sales professional that wants to make money selling an innovative technology while also solving crime? If you thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment, this is a game-changing opportunity for you. Flock is looking to add an Enterprise Account Executive to our growing Private Sector sales team. This person will play a key role in helping Flock grow, owning demand generation, partnerships, and full-cycle software sales.

Candidates must be located in PST, MST, or CST time zones. Your accounts will be primarily on the West Coast, with travel requirements of 30-40%.

The Skillset
 

  • 5+ years of technology/SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving $1M+ ARR annually
  • Ability to manage the full sales funnel, including inbound and outbound prospecting, needs analysis, platform demos, solution development, proposals, and closing
  • Demonstrated success in booking deals and building pipelines independently—you’re essentially your own SDR in this role
  • Experience collaborating closely with teams such as Customer Success, Product, Project Management, and Mid-Market Sales
