Adobe — a global leader in creative, marketing, and digital experience solutions — is seeking an Industry Led Product Specialist (Profile and Engagement) to join their growing enterprise sales team. This role focuses on driving transformational outcomes for large enterprise clients, particularly within the Financial Services and Insurance sectors, using the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
The successful candidate will combine strategic insight, technical understanding, and consultative sales acumen to help clients deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across key enterprise accounts to exceed revenue targets.
Perform outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities within Adobe’s existing customer base.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk teams to manage the sales cycle from lead to close.
Build and nurture trusted client relationships, understanding customer objectives and positioning Adobe solutions to meet business needs.
Develop a deep working knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud, with particular expertise in the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Work in a team-selling environment, developing detailed account plans and collaborating with key internal and external partners.
Communicate the differentiated value of Adobe’s products in clear, compelling business outcomes tailored to each client’s goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of enterprise-level outside software sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and marketing technology ecosystems.
Deep knowledge of customer experience management, personalization, and engagement platforms is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technology solutions into clear business narratives.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with an emphasis on consultative selling.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience selling into the Financial Services and Insurance industries preferred but not required.
Annual Total Target Compensation: $252,400 – $427,100 USD (includes base salary + commission).
Eligible for long-term incentives such as new hire equity awards.
