Specializing in Technology, Life Sciences, Built Environment, and Renewable Energy, we offer a structured 12-week training program to help you succeed in recruitment and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Matchmaking

🔹 Act as a professional matchmaker between top talent and leading companies.
🔹 Conduct high-volume lead generation via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
🔹 Guide clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing expert consultation.

Sales & Revenue Growth

💼 Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to drive revenue growth.
💼 Negotiate contracts, salaries, and market trends with clients and candidates.
💼 Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Market Research & Industry Specialization

📈 Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
📈 Strategically expand your network and market expertise.
📈 Provide clients with insights on talent availability and hiring strategies.
