Pearson Carter, a global leader in Microsoft Technology, ERP, Web, and Software Development Recruitment, is partnering with a top-tier global logistics services provider to hire an experienced ERP Manager. This role focuses on overseeing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and associated Logistics and Finance IT systems.

The ERP Manager will be responsible for managing a team of ERP professionals and third-party vendors, ensuring system stability, compliance, and service excellence. The role requires leading ERP-related projects from planning through delivery and ongoing support, maintaining a portfolio of logistics and finance applications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated on emerging technologies and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize ERP and satellite systems within Logistics and Finance departments.

• Lead ERP and related projects through all stages, from planning to delivery and support.

• Manage a team of ERP professionals and coordinate third-party vendors.

• Ensure the ERP systems remain stable, compliant, and deliver excellent service.

• Maintain and enhance logistics and finance applications, improving quality and performance.

• Drive continuous improvement and stay current with technology trends in ERP and logistics IT.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Extensive experience managing ERP systems for large teams, preferably at a national or global level.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT professionals and external vendors.

• Proficiency with major ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar systems.

• Experience with EDI/API integrations, BI dashboards, and reporting solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.

• Knowledge of logistics and finance IT systems is highly preferred.
