Qualifications:

Ideally, a minimum of 10-15 recent years of experience with the following:

• Estate planning for middle-income to ultra-high-net-worth individuals
• Probate experience is a plus
• Must possess knowledge of tax law

Education:

• JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar Association
