An exciting opportunity to be part of a team supporting General Motors Fleet as an Electric Vehicle (EV) Consultant Manager. This person will assist in leading all EV initiatives for the GM Fleet Sales and Marketing Department.
Activities:
- Serve as consultant to help fleet customers transition their fleets to electric vehicles, including consultation on EV products, charging infrastructure, and EV services
- Assist in developing plans to accelerate Bolt EV, Bolt EV Cargo, and Bolt EUV sales, as well as future EV vehicles
- Help define and activate overall GM Fleet EV go to market approach
- Collaborate closely with Fleet Account Executives on customer contacts and Total Cost of Ownership comparisons
- Work closely with Portfolio Planning, eDelivery and Mobility Solutions, EV Infrastructure, Customer Experience, Global Connected Services, Finance, and Center of Learning teams
- Support field teams with prospecting and finding customers for Fleet EV portfolio based on input from GMNA Portfolio Planning on segments to target
- Assist with coordinating GM Fleet EV Vision Board meetings
- Assist in managing the budgeting, procurement and purchasing for EV initiatives
- Special projects - as needed by organization
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of EV processes and requirements
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High level of personal drive/motivation/integrity
- Ability to travel
