  • Collaborate with validation engineers to develop numerical and physical validation plans.
  • Analyze test results against design requirements and recommend calibration, control, or software improvements.
  • Debug embedded electric vehicle control unit (EVCU) software models and support issue resolution.
  • Review and improve Simulink models, control strategies, and calibration parameters.
  • Ensure proper data and command exchange between powertrain-related ECUs and verify appropriate HMI behavior.
  • Support the implementation and operation of powertrain test benches based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with controls teams, suppliers, validation engineers, and chief engineers to resolve technical issues.
  • Lead or coordinate technical meetings related to calibration and validation activities.
  • Track, investigate, and resolve issues with suppliers and internal engineering teams.
  • Prepare and maintain technical test reports and provide feedback at the completion of each development phase.
  • Communicate test failures, delays, interruptions, and other development issues to the appropriate validation teams through incident reporting.
  • Review laboratory test reports and prepare final reports for release.
  • Support continuous improvement of calibration and validation processes.
