Event Manager

Description:

Garner Health is seeking an experienced Event Manager to design, plan, and execute high-quality events that showcase Garner’s innovative healthcare solutions. This role plays a critical part in elevating brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting pipeline growth through strategically executed events.

The Event Manager will work closely with internal teams—Marketing, Sales, Product—and external partners to produce events featuring expert speakers and thought leadership content, positioning Garner as a leader in healthcare cost transformation. This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support the overall event strategy and annual event calendar.

• Plan and execute events collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring exceptional production quality.

• Define agendas, programming, and curate keynote speakers, panelists, and special guests.

• Track KPIs and success metrics for all events to inform continuous improvement.

• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event marketing, event management, or related fields.

• Proven ability to design and execute elevated, large-scale, high-quality events.

• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable managing senior stakeholder relationships and external event partnerships.

• Knowledge of event technology and platforms to enhance planning and execution efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $86,000 – $117,000 per year (based on qualifications and experience).
