A leading owner’s representative firm in New York City is hiring an Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in managing high-profile commercial and residential construction projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and document preparation for the executive.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and project updates.
  • Organize and maintain confidential records and project files.
  • Assist with expense reports, invoices, and financial tracking.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 4+ years of administrative experience (construction, real estate, or related industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve independently.
