About the Role:

This is a high-impact role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by integrity. You’ll serve as the right hand to the executive team—translating vision into action and supporting strategic goals through strong execution. The ideal candidate is easy to work with, not overbearing, and maintains a calm, confident presence in fast-paced environments. You must be able to complete tasks and projects with a high degree of quality, timeliness, and efficiency. Our firm is seeking a self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Must be able to work independently, manage tasks with minimal direction, and consistently deliver high-quality results. This position has high long-term compensation potential and is designed as a pathway to a future Senior Operations role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to executive leadership
  • Implement plans and execute projects with excellence and attention to detail
  • Create and maintain processes to ensure coordination and communication within the team and client facing
  • Drive tasks and initiatives to completion with high quality and efficiency
  • Oversee project implementation and ensure timely execution
  • Develop, maintain and optimize the firm’s tech stack
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Confident and composed, yet humble and collaborative
  • Can easily adapt to the situation and audience they are in front of

  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Experience in or good understanding of the financial services industry is preferred
  • Technically savvy; fluent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Acrobat, DocuSign, Zoom, Various CRM systems
  • Familiarity with database management and integrating business technology tools
  • Demonstrates high moral character and professionalism at all times
  • Willing and able to work on-site full time
  • Strong taskmaster
