Danaher Diagnostics, a global leader in life sciences and healthcare innovation, is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support its Chief Innovation Office. This remote-based role is pivotal in delivering top-tier administrative and project coordination support to several senior executives within Danaher’s Diagnostics platform. Reporting directly to the Vice President – Chief Data Officer, the Executive Assistant will play a central role in managing schedules, coordinating global meetings, organizing complex domestic and international travel, and executing executive-level projects.
This role demands a polished, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a demonstrated ability to manage high-level tasks in a fast-paced, global environment. Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted gatekeeper, developing and managing project timelines, facilitating communication across various leadership tiers, and identifying opportunities to improve internal processes.
Candidates must possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Experience with the Danaher Business System or comparable Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. The role requires travel availability of 15–20% and offers a flexible, remote-friendly working arrangement.
