Description:

As the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Regional Director of Operations Americas, you will provide high-impact administrative and business development support. This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can manage complex calendars, support sales initiatives, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Main Responsibilities Will Include
 

  • Manage and optimize calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare briefs, presentations, and follow-up documents.
  • Organize business development activities including pipeline updates, client and prospect meetings, and proposal logistics.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications.
  • Handle confidential data with integrity and compliance.
  • Support the execution of key initiatives within growth agendas.
     

About You

The ideal candidate will have:
 

  • High-level support experience.
  • Familiarity with sales cycle support and CRM platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid mode with NYC presence.
