As the Executive Assistant you will provide administrative and project management support to three Associate Vice President (AVP) leaders within Human Resources. The position will report on of the AVPs while supporting all three.

Function/Duties of Position:

  • Planning and coordinating meetings, seminars, and conferences

  • Performing calendaring and professional communications including posters, flyer creation, and PowerPoint presentations.

  • Organize and maintain unit files in electronic systems (i.e., OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.)

  • Design, develop, and maintain tools and methods to collect, store and manage programmatic and strategic initiatives and evaluation data.

  • Develop meeting agendas and assist AVPs with meeting minutes, reports, surveys, and dissemination as appropriate

  • Reconcile p-card; handle PO requisitions and other payments

  • May provide some clerical support to Director level positions.

  • Ensure proactive, timely, accurate and customer-oriented delivery of human resources services in a variety of functional areas.

  • This position provides a wide variety of professional, confidential and complex administrative and clerical services, including complex calendar management, preparation of materials using various software applications, completing detailed electronic transactions, and managing specified HR programs.

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Four years of general office or secretarial experience; OR
  • An Associate’s degree or certificate in office occupations or office technology and two years of general office or secretarial experience; OR
  • A Bachelor’s degree and two years of general office or secretarial experience; OR
  • An equivalent combination of training and experience.
