Job Description


As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide support to another individual or group of individuals by handling correspondence, managing calendars and appointments, arranging conferences and conference calls, making travel arrangements, and providing other administrative tasks.
The Compliance and Ethics - Executive Administration - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day calendars of senior management.
  • Coordinate all aspects of executive-level manager appointments, meetings, receptions, and conference calls.
  • Prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings.
  • Coordinate delivery by various stakeholders of the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as well as prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel.

Qualifications

  • Relationship Management sills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Operational Excellence skills including improving and overseeing operations
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Excellent communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
