Executive Briefing Center Coordinator

 

Description:

Genesis10 is seeking an Executive Briefing Center Coordinator for a 12-month contract position, based in either San Francisco or Mountain View, CA. This hybrid role involves being on-site for executive briefings and ensuring smooth operations for the Executive Briefing Center (EBC).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Briefing Center Operations: Manage logistics and operations for San Francisco and Mountain View EBC spaces, including food and beverage, security, and front desk liaison.

  • Event Management: Oversee day-of event execution including managing security, building access, printing, and technology troubleshooting.

  • Venue Coordination: Maintain and update the EBC calendars for executive engagements and other space requirements.

  • Technology & AV Support: Collaborate with the client’s tech and AV teams to ensure all technology needs are met and maintain ongoing equipment.

  • Reporting & Tracking: Support executive engagement tracking, collaborate with strategy leads, and contribute to business reporting and measurement.

  • Gifting Program Management: Oversee the executive gifting program, including procurement and execution.

  • Talent Connect Support: Assist with venue coordination, scheduling, and communication for the Talent Connect Summit and other events.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project management standards.

  • Stakeholder Management: Align with internal teams for approvals, meetings, and milestone tracking to ensure deadlines are met.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in the marketing or hospitality industry.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite, MSFT products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and virtual meeting technologies.

  • Skills: Detail-oriented, relationship-driven, flexible, and organized. Comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders and managing multiple schedules.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Work Ethic: Positive attitude, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management: Previous experience managing projects and cross-functional teams.

  • Event Management Experience: Background in hosting and managing events is highly desirable.
