Team One, a premium brand agency under Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Executive Creative Director, Innovation to spearhead cutting-edge creative initiatives and drive the adoption of emerging technologies. This role combines visionary leadership with deep expertise in digital innovation, focusing on delivering breakthrough experiences for high-worth brands across multiple industries, including automotive, luxury hospitality, finance, and technology.

As the leader of the Experience Design team, you will oversee advanced digital strategies, integrate Generative AI, personalization-at-scale, interactive media, and data-driven design to shape the future of brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Experience Design team covering 2D/screen design, data-informed design, and social campaigns.

• Drive innovation with Generative AI, dynamic creativity, and emerging interactive technologies.

• Counsel clients and present forward-thinking solutions in new business pitches.

• Develop experiential digital campaigns, partnerships, and high-impact marketing activations.

• Collaborate across creative, data, media, and production teams to craft unique strategies.

• Stay ahead of technology trends and integrate them into client and agency capabilities.

• Set high standards for creative excellence and strategic decision-making.

• Actively participate in public thought leadership, white papers, conferences, and Groupe-wide innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in creative, digital, or innovation roles; 7+ years in leadership positions within digital agencies.

• Proven expertise in leading digital business transformations.

• Strong experience in creating and producing award-winning innovative campaigns.

• Exceptional client-facing presentation skills with ability to simplify complex ideas.

• College degree preferred, or equivalent proven expertise through work portfolio.

• Ability to balance groundbreaking creative ambitions with measurable business results.

• Strong collaborative mindset with proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $241,000–$410,000 annually (approx. $20,083–$34,166 monthly).
