Reporting to the VP of North America Sales, the Executive Director of Strategic Accounts is a key driver of growth across Stayntouch’s enterprise and multi-property segments. This role owns the full sales cycle for large, complex hotel groups - identifying and targeting high-value clients, cultivating executive-level relationships, shaping custom commercial proposals and steering strategic deals from discovery through close.

As a consultative partner to hotel ownership groups, management companies and brand-level decision makers, you’ll translate Stayntouch’s capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Success requires strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions in partnership with internal teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with the Head of Sales to execute and refine Stayntouch’s enterprise strategy
  • Build, prioritize, and manage a robust pipeline across your assigned territory
  • Proactively identify and win new enterprise prospects, navigating multiple stakeholders and complex decision cycles
  • Consistently achieve new-logo targets, pipeline coverage goals and sales activity metrics
  • Develop tailored proposals, deliver compelling presentations and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation for opportunities, forecasts and key account details
  • Deeply understand Stayntouch’s platform, industry trends and competitive positioning
  • Travel as needed to prospect, present, attend conferences, and strengthen key relationships

What You Bring Required Experience:

  • 10 + years of hospitality technology or SaaS sales experience
  • Strong network of decision-maker relationships across North America
  • Experience selling PMS or other hotel operations platforms preferred

Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a strategic/enterprise sales capacity
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and storytelling skills
  • Highly organized with disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Innate curiosity and commitment to understanding customer needs
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong interpersonal EQ - able to build trust internally and externally
