As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will join a team of professionals committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral healthcare. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients in-person and/or via telemedicine.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral issues using evidence-based approaches.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and peer supervision opportunities.

• Promote a supportive, empathetic, and inclusive environment for clients and staff alike.

Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed and credentialed in Rhode Island as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and therapeutic skills.

• Commitment to clinical excellence, ethics, and client-centered care.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
