About the Role
We are hiring a Field CTO / Head of Technical Evangelism to lead technical strategy across enterprise sales cycles and build a world-class evangelism function.
This is a front-line, revenue-driving leadership role. You will act as the senior technical authority in customer engagements, translating complex architecture into clear business value while scaling a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy across enterprise sales engagements
- Own architecture discussions and technical validation with customers
- Translate platform capabilities into tailored enterprise solutions
- Address technical objections and guide customers toward deployment
- Represent the company at executive briefings, conferences, and industry events
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and architecture sessions
- Build repeatable demo narratives by industry and persona
- Hire, train, and lead a team of Technical Evangelists
- Develop scalable frameworks including pitch decks, demo flows, and playbooks
- Partner closely with Sales and Product teams on strategy and feedback

Requirements
- 10+ years in a senior, customer-facing technical role (Field CTO, Principal Architect, VP Solutions Engineering, Technical Founder, etc.)
- Deep expertise in LLM architectures, AI orchestration, and enterprise integrations
- Strong understanding of security and deployment models
- Proven experience in enterprise sales environments
- Experience building and leading technical teams
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering customer value
Nice to Have
- Public speaking or technical thought leadership experience
- Experience in data-intensive industries (e.g. financial services, real estate, enterprise services)
- Background in building technical enablement or evangelism programs
