Field Executive

 

Description:

The Field Executive plays a key role in driving retail sales, building relationships with retail store teams, and ensuring strategic brand execution across multiple stores within a designated territory. This position is highly interactive, with about 70% of time spent on the sales floor coaching retail teams, supporting events, and engaging directly with customers to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities include creating strategic sales plans by brand and retailer, delivering in-store training and coaching, recruiting and onboarding freelance staff, maximizing schedule optimization, ensuring execution of visual merchandising, and leveraging social and digital media for consumer engagement.

This role also involves partnership with retailers for event planning and execution, identifying sales opportunities, solving inventory or staffing challenges, and maintaining close collaboration with central teams and centers of excellence.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive retail sales through coaching, side-by-side selling, and event execution.

  • Develop and maintain strategic retailer relationships.

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage freelance staff and counter teams.

  • Deliver brand education and product training at retail locations.

  • Utilize consumer insights and market trends to influence strategic plans.

  • Oversee visual merchandising and in-store event setup.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong social media and digital engagement skills.

  • Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs and spend long hours on the sales floor.

  • Valid driver’s license to operate ELC fleet vehicle.
