Field Installation Manager

Description:

FHIA Remodeling, part of the Renuity brand—one of America’s leading home renovation companies—is seeking a Bilingual Field Installation Manager fluent in both English and Spanish. This role is critical in delivering exceptional home remodeling experiences by overseeing installation projects, ensuring quality, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

As a Field Installation Manager, you will act as the primary onsite contact for clients and installation teams, coordinating all aspects of residential remodeling projects such as impact doors, windows, solar panel installations, and other home upgrades. You will troubleshoot issues, manage logistics, recruit installers, and represent the company in meetings to continuously improve operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as customer-facing manager ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and inspect installation sites to uphold quality standards.

• Coordinate timely delivery and pickup of installation materials.

• Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections.

• Collect final documents and payments upon job completion.

• Recruit and manage installers to meet growing demand.

• Perform installation services as necessary.

• Propose improvements for production, equipment, and quality.

• Represent FHIA in project meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in field management or supervisory roles.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

• Proven background in residential construction or remodeling.

• Knowledge or experience in impact doors, windows installation, solar panel, or energy industries is a plus.

• Must own a large personal vehicle for daily work-related travel.

• Proficiency with Office 365 and data entry skills.

• Strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary $50,000 to $65,000 annually (based on experience).

• Performance bonuses ranging from $10,000 to $25,000.
