Description:

We are a dynamic and growing company that provides specialized restoration and renovation services to multifamily properties. Our services include painting touch-ups, drywall repairs, bathtub refinishing, cabinet repainting, water, fire, and biological damage restoration, cleaning, among other services that help property managers maintain units in top condition.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to identify and pursue new business opportunities with multifamily properties. This person will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships with property managers and decision-makers, and presenting tailored solutions based on their maintenance and restoration needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Actively canvass and visit multifamily properties to generate leads and identify potential clients in need of our services.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, maintenance supervisors, and ownership groups.

· Promote services such as touch-up painting, minor drywall repair, bathtub refinishing, cabinet restoration, water/fire/biological damage restoration, cleaning, and other interior cosmetic upgrades.

· Schedule and attend site walk-throughs, estimate reviews, and service presentations.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, proposals, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

· Maintain constant communication with the Operations Manager, reporting new jobs, customer feedback, and any issues or updates from the field.

· Deliver weekly reports to management, summarizing sales activities, leads generated, follow-ups, and closed deals.

· Collaborate with operations and project managers to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications:

· Bilingual (English and Spanish) – Required

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, restoration, or property services.

· Experience working with or selling to multifamily property managers, HOAs, or real estate investors is a strong plus.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Highly self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Must have a personal vehicle to travel to and from job sites and client meetings.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
