Field Sales Support Manager

 

Description:

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Representatives in gaining or losing customers

  • Make financial decisions regarding project proposals, by partnering with engineering to review cost design

  • Ensure change orders are processed for any project

  • Assist with complex customer complaints

  • Partner with account collections to make sure payments are received in a timely manner

  • Analyze customer forecasts to ensure accuracy and work closely with BrandSafway team to improve forecast accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide timely, accurate and detailed forecast concern communications to customers and sales team

  • Work closely with regional sales manager and regional operations director to manage to drive focus on sales growth and efficiency opportunities

  • Manage customer accounts

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelors degree preferred.

  • The ideal candidate will have forming and shoring knowledge of materials and build needs.

  • Must have an interest in sales and want to move into a sales role one day.

  • Candidate must be proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam® and Outlook.

  • Successful candidate will have a broad understanding of concrete construction methods, forming and shoring equipment and assembly, and posses a positive customer facing demeanor.

  • Candidate must also have a valid US State Drivers License, and be able to pass a drug screen.
