Having spent years in the home services industry, I know firsthand how important great training and strong field leadership are to a company’s success.

We’re looking for someone who understands the home improvement and home services industry, has a strong sales or training background, and enjoys working directly with sales teams to drive results.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your days behind a desk. You’ll be in the field, building relationships, coaching sales teams, helping organizations adopt technology, and making a measurable impact on their success.

The ideal candidate is someone who’s comfortable in front of a room, knows how to connect with sales professionals, and brings the energy and accountability needed to make things happen.
