Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Provide Install Move Add Change (lMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.

• Provide support for the handhelds, laptops, and scanner devices.

• Provide smart Hands and Feet support for across teams on demand

• Rack and Stack Support for commissioning/decommissioning infra devices to be provided.

• Ensure field services are provided per client’s ITSM process and policies
